ACCOUNTGST ERP SOFTWARE CLOUD RENEWAL POLICY

Renewal charges cover Software License + Cloud Infrastructure, including:

Cloud OS upgrades, database maintenance, support services, security patches, performance optimization, software feature updates, and development-language upgrades.

Renewal must be paid on or before the due date to maintain uninterrupted service and system performance.

Non-payment will result in temporary suspension of cloud services, hosting, and login access.

Gridsonlab may update the Policy as needed. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
